«For Them… We Climb Mountains»: The Schoolbag Caravan Reaches the Rugged Mountain Areas of Sidi Bouzid

For the seventh consecutive day, the Olive Branch Network of Development Associations continued its “Schoolbag” project under the slogan “Today’s Schoolbag Shapes Tomorrow’s Future,” braving the rugged roads of the mountainous areas of Sidi Bouzid. The caravan stopped in the delegation of Jelma, where schoolbags were distributed to pupils at the schools of Ain Jaffal, Hawiya, Henchir Salta and Salta 2, before continuing to Sidi Bouzid Ouest for the benefit of children from low-income families sponsored by the Network. The initiative was supported by Kuwait’s Beit al-Zakat, with thanks to the regional and local authorities and the education staff. Their right to education is worth travelling every road.
