The Olive Branch Network carries out a surgical caravan for cataract removal for eye patients in Sfax

As part of its support for the State’s efforts and the continuation of its social and health activities, the Olive Branch Network of Development Associations in Sfax is organizing a specialized medical caravan for eye surgery, in partnership with the Regional Health Directorate of Sfax and the Ophthalmology Department of Habib Bourguiba University Hospital. The caravan aims to perform cataract removal surgeries with intraocular lens implantation for 80 beneficiaries registered with the medical caravan in the Sfax region, funded and supported by the Sheikh Abdullah Al-Nouri Charitable Society in the brotherly State of Kuwait.

The operations will be carried out according to the following schedule:

February 13 and 14, 2026: 10 operations per day at the Regional Hospital of Mahres.

February 13 and 14, 2026: 15 operations per day at the Regional Hospital of Jebeniana.

February 16 and 17, 2026: 15 operations per day at Habib Bourguiba University Hospital in Sfax
