As part of supporting the state’s efforts, and with the aim of combating the shortage of potable water in rural areas, as well as mitigating the effects of low rainfall and unprecedented drought, the NETWORK FOR DEVELOPMENTAL ASSOCIATIONS OF SFAX ”OLIVE BRANCH” recently undertook the construction and rehabilitation of three mountain water sources, transformed into potable water points, in the rural areas of the MAKTHAR and ROUHIA delegations in the SILIANA Governorate.

This was done in collaboration and coordination with the services of the regional delegation of agriculture and maritime fishing, under the supervision of the governor of SILIANA and the region’s oversight authorities.

This noble humanitarian project is funded and supported by the Kuwaiti association for civilizational communication from the brotherly state of KUWAIT.

It was implemented by the NETWORK FOR DEVELOPMENTAL ASSOCIATIONS OF SFAX ”OLIVE BRANCH”, and it is part of the developmental and social projects adopted by the R.A.D.R.O.S in its humanitarian journey.

All our thanks and gratitude go to everyone who extended a helping hand, particularly the regional and local authorities in the SILIANA region, enabling us to carry out this project, which represents a vital lifeline for the residents of these areas previously deprived of potable water.
