Network of development associations rameau d’olive in Sfax was founded in 2016, with the unique identifier in the National Business Register 1479327H. It was officially published in the Official Gazette on 16/09/2016 under number 1X11625APSF201. This network is a fabric of associations active in the charitable and development fields, comprising two member associations within its structure, as well as several partnership and cooperation agreements with state institutions.
The network aims to provide diverse humanitarian services in the social, health, development, environmental, and cultural fields, benefiting various segments of society. Since its establishment, it has engaged with dedication in a spirit of mutual aid, and the efforts made in service to the country have enabled it to occupy a prominent place in civil society, earning the trust of donors and obtaining official accreditation from the State of Kuwait. This has opened broad prospects, allowing its activities to expand to most Tunisian governorates, particularly in regions suffering from developmental challenges.
Among the network’s most notable activities, which have had a national impact in supporting citizens and complementing the state’s efforts, is the response to the health crisis caused by the spread of the Corona virus in 2020. The network mobilized all its material and logistical resources to combat the pandemic and mitigate its economic and social repercussions on citizens, acting as a genuine partner of state institutions and an integral part of them.
9 years have passed since the network’s creation, a period sufficient for this young associative fabric to leave clear marks in humanitarian and development work. Through a rich experience, it has implemented several programs, which we will present successively, categorized according to the areas of activity of each of the network’s bureaus.
