Providing new sources of livelihood for destitute families and people with special needs
In keeping with its commitment to lending a helping hand and continuing to support the State’s efforts to strengthen community and development partnerships, the Olive Branch Network of Development Associations in Sfax recently provided five new sources of livelihood, in the form of “tuk-tuk” transport vehicles, to destitute families, including two cases of people with special needs.
Through this continued support to these families in need, the Network aims to provide them with a sustainable source of income that helps improve their daily living conditions and contributes to strengthening their financial independence, since having a stable livelihood enables them to achieve a better life despite their difficult social circumstances.
These development projects are supported and funded by the Kuwaiti Al-Najat Charitable Society.
The Olive Branch Network of Development Associations in Sfax extends its sincere thanks and gratitude to everyone who supported us and lent a helping hand to make such noble humanitarian projects a success.
